Myself Mr. Melroy D'souza, and I was one of your students with Six Sigma batch, which was held around 8-10 months back (I was working at that time with ICICI Bank).I would like to take this opportunity to firstly ask for forgiveness for not writing earlier reason being, as I have moved from ICICI Bank to ElectraCard Services Pvt. Ltd. which is a 3rd party service provider in the business of Credit Cards for various banks such as Deutsche Bank and Bank of Rajasthan to name a few. Basically we conduct processing of credit cards operations for various banks and Deutsche Bank is one of our major clientele as a result I have been busy settling down in this new company. I would like to thank the Asian Institute of Quality Management and you as well sir for the knowledge that you and your respectable organization has imparted to me which has not only enlightened me but also given me an opportunity to procure a better growth in my career. After attending the Six Sigma Training conducted by your esteemed organization I have managed to get this job which is basically with the quality department of the company which works towards streamlining the various credit card processes which are already laid down and thus use various methods and techniques such as Six sigma. Since we are a small organization which is growing, hence the cost factor plays a vital role. Please accept my most sincere apologies for writing too late.
It just happened that the professional commitments got better of me apart from my laziness (to some extent) and hence the delay. Please accept my heartiest congratulations on successfully conducting the subject course held between 8th and 10th March, 2008 at Pune.

When I talk about the success of the course, it does not only mean the success rate of the certification but the way it was conducted has enriched every participant's professional life regardless of his/her score in the certification examination.

In my opinion, the high points of this course were the atmosphere, a very neatly and comprehensively prepared course material, expertise & experience of the faculty (the interactive way in which he had conducted the course had been the highest contributor), the course management and facilitation. With each aspect of the course (including time) managed successfully, it is very difficult to rate this course on any scale of CUSTOMER DELIGHT (it would certainly be higher than 9 out of 10).

With a deep sense of pride, I can say that it had been my privilege to have attended this course.

  It was great learning during the Black Belt Six Sigma Training in last week.

We would like to train our software key professionals (Developers, Project Leaders and Project Managers) to have knowledge for Green Belt certifications.

We would like to have discussions on this in the next week with our Senior Management for the road map for implementation of Six Sigma methodology in our Organization, which can be most meaningful for us.

Dear Mr.G.K.K.Singh, As per the Project Road Map initially submitted , we (Mr.V.K Garg and Self) have done a detailed study on the selected project. The knowledge / information provided by you as part of the Black belt course (covering in detail the various tools & techniques for performance analysis and improvements) has helped us a lot in achieving the targeted improvement in the project. We thank you profusely for the same. Pl. find attached the detailed Project Report in this connection for your review and certification. Immediately on obtaining black belt certification we want to go for the six sigma implementation on a mass scale (organization wide covering all major projects).Also as discussed during the course, we are planning to have green belt training for our various managers and would like to have you as the faculty for the same. 

Mr.Atul Bhamre, The programme was very well conducted with adequate participative management. Structured group case studies ensured that all members participate. This methodology should always be retained as it encourages all participants to understand concepts better. IT WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND A GOOD FACULTY MADE THE SESSIONS VERY INTERESTING.
