For each of the courses, the exact quantum of fees is to be decided in mutual consultation as per the applicable costs for the local market.


	Responsibility for marketing of the courses to enrol 10 to 20 students in each course, collection of their fees on time, arranging venue for the lectures, invigilating the examinations, and distributing the results / certificates to students / participants will be of your institute. Your organization will retain 50% of the net profit (after deducting expenses) towards discharge of these responsibilities.
	Balance 50% of the net profit will be payable to AIQM towards provision of course materials, setting of question papers, assessment of papers, and issue of certificates to participants / students. The certificate will carry joint logos of ASCB(E) - UK and our institute (AIQM).
	Pounds Sterling to be paid to ASCB (E) - UK for each participant / student towards accreditation fees, will be treated as part of the expenses while calculating the net profit. The participant / student gets free listing on the ASCB website as a quality professional + a photo id card to demonstrate his achievement. This amount is to be collected by your institute as part of the fees from the participant / student.
