For Contact Class Course / Program |

Depending on the number of days before commencement of a Public Program
/ Open House Course, following percentage of applicable fees will be refunded to
the student: |

80% if the cancellation is requested 21 days in advance |
| |

60% if the cancellation is requested 07 to 20 days in advance |
| |
|
NIL if the cancellation is requested less than 7 days before commencement
of a course / program. |

In case a course / program date is postponed by AIQM due to any
unforeseen reasons, the student will be eligible for an alternate date
in the near future. In case, the student wishes to opt out of the program he
/ she would be eligible for prorata refund, as applicable. |
